At Koda’s ordinary general meeting back in April, five proposals for changes to the articles of association and one proposal for a change to the membership declaration were adopted almost unanimously. Changes to the articles of association and the declaration of membership both require the proposals to also be adopted with more than a two-thirds majority at an extraordinary general meeting.
Therefore, an extraordinary general meeting was held on 30 May with the voting on the six changes as the only items on the agenda. All six proposals were unanimously adopted.
The changes to the articles of association mean, among other things, that in future Koda can hold purely digital (online) general meetings in the event of force majeure, as was the case during the Covid-19 pandemic. Furthermore, registration deadlines will be the same for everyone in future, and Koda will have a mandate to represent Koda members’ works when they are used on demand in graphic or machine-readable form.
