TV and Radio
The February distribution covers all TV and Radio areas where distributions are made monthly. It primarily concerns performances in November 2022, but in several areas you will find that performances from December 2022 have also already been reported, processed and are ready for distribution.
Furthermore, the February distribution includes monthly distributions for music used in commercials on channels such as TV3 +, TV3 Puls, National Geographic and Eurosport 1.
Concerts and Online
As regards concerts, the February distribution covers all concerts where music reporting has been processed and completed and where Koda has received all necessary information from the concert promoter (for example about ticket revenues per concert). This distribution primary includes concerts held up to and including Q4 2022.
As regards Online content, the February distribution includes a quarterly distribution for TV2 Play, covering Q4 of 2022. It specifically applies to the part of the service where TV2 Play content can be accessed on demand.
Abroad
Prior to this February distribution, Koda has received new quarterly settlements from sister societies in Sweden (STIM), Finland (TEOSTO), United Kingdom (PRS), USA (ASCAP) and the Netherlands (BUMA), and a large part of this month’s distributions within this field comes from these countries. The distributions are listed below, stating some of the primary areas and periods involved. The information is based on the distribution data submitted by the individual societies along with the funds.
Sweden: TV, Radio and Concert – first half of 2022, Online – 2021 and 2022
Finland: TV, Radio, Online and Background Music – primarily Q2 2022
UK: Various areas, primarily 2022.
USA: Various areas, primarily 2022.
Netherlands: Concert, TV and Radio – 2022, Online and Background Music (Clubs and Discos) – 2021 and earlier.
