Minute values
Below are some examples of Koda’s distributions for one minute of music performed in 2024 within selected channels.
The minute values are the provisionally estimated minute values for the primary payments, which may be followed by a final payment after the end of a performance year. Read more about final payment in the box on the right. This means that you can receive a supplement to your payment for your performances later in the year, when we have finally determined the minute values.
Please note that these examples do not include commercials, trailers, logos and the like. In some cases, it may be necessary to carry out distributions based on estimates or averages.

Final payment - a supplement
The monthly payments are paid continuously with a provisionally estimated payment value. When the year is over and the annual accounts have been approved, a final annual statement is drawn up, which follows up on any deviations in the estimated values. It can also happen that we do it continuously during the year, when we have paid out for a period - i.e. before the end of the year.
If there is a sufficient amount remaining in an area, the amount is paid out as a supplement to the previous payments within the given performance year. The final payment is distributed proportionally to the works and rights holders from the first payment and original payment basis.
