Create a complaint

If you believe that the distributions of payment made to you are incorrect, you have the option of stating your claim by creating a complaint on My Koda.

Go to the menu under ‘Complaints, click ‘Create complaint’ and provide details of the relevant performance/release. The appeal period is 36 months.

You also have the option to see if others have created a complaint on one of your works under ‘Complaints’ and ‘Complaint overview’.

You can find more about claims and complaints here

  1. Tell us where and when the relevant music has been performed/released
  2. Select the work (or works) the complaint is about
  3. Provide more details that can help us resolve the complaint, for example the title of broadcast, venue, number of streams, artist, release information, upload of documentation, etc.
  4. Check that the information you have provided is correct – and submit the complaint to us.

If you have any questions, you are always welcome to contact Member Services via [email protected] or by phone on (+45) 33 30 63 20

When can I make a complaint?

You can complain about non-payment within a given area after the date on which the distributions should have been made. See the distribution schedule

Selected areas:

  • TV: Approximately 3 months after your performance on TV2, DR or other major TV stations
  • Radio: Approximately 3 months after your performance on a nationwide channel
  • Concert: Approximately 5 months after you have submitted your concert reporting
