What should you do if you are involved in a dispute?

If you initiate a legal dispute:

If you are the party who initiates the dispute, you need to provide Koda with documentation proving that reasonable doubt applies to the matter. You must also inform the other party in writing and send a copy of this written notification to Koda.

Once these steps have been taken, Koda may – if asked to so do by you – withhold payment for the shares under dispute.

If you become involved in a legal dispute

If Koda is informed that you are a party in a legal dispute we will contact you with advice on what to do.
