In addition to this is a monthly minimum fee of DKK 1,500 (approx EUR 201). The track minimum is reduced by 30 % for album sales.

Internet Radio
The fee for Internet radio is a percentage of the gross turnover. In addition to this is a fixed monthly minimum fee determined by the music use which is calculated as one tenth of the music percentage. Thus, if the music percentage is 50 percent, the fee is 5 percent of the turnover. However, if the radio plays music all the time (100 percent), the fee is 15 percent.
The fixed monthly minimum fee is DKK 7,295 (approx EUR 980) for 500 simultaneous users with 24 hours of transmission per day. Different minimum fees apply for non-commercial Internet radio, for radios with a low music percent or for radios with few potential users.
