Music in local radio broadcasting

If you wish to broadcast radio in Denmark, you need an agreement with KODA for using music on the radio.
The fee is a percentage of the gross turnover and varies according to the amount of music used (music percentage). However, a fixed minimum fee per broadcast hour applies. This fee varies according to the amount of potential listeners.
